Project Description

The Corporation conducts routine maintenance and improvement works to slopes along the East Rail Line. The works has been conducted in several phases since 2004 and currently under Phase V B. The scope of works undertaken comprises of slope reinforcement works, installation of water drains and surface protections. Elements of greening such as surface planting were also adopted to provide the public a better environment.

Phase V B improvement works on slopes located near Tai Po Market and Tai Wo Stations were substantially completed in 2022.
