MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified consultants to express their interest in tendering for Consultancy Agreement A197-17: Consultancy Study on Capacity and Passenger Flow at 13 Stations, which involves Wong Tai Sin Station, Kwai Fong Station, Sheung Wan Station, North Point Station, Tai Wai Station, Tai Po Market Station, Hang Hau Station, LOHAS Park Station, Hong Kong Station, Disneyland Resort Station, Tung Chung Station, Yuen Long Station and Tin Shui Wai Station.
The appointed consultant will be required to carry out detailed study with established methodology to analyse passenger flow behaviour, develop pedestrian flow computer simulation models which will include the prediction of future scenarios, assess evacuation capacity and provide recommendations for improvement for the 13 stations.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in June 2017 and tenders will be invited in August 2017.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having an established office in Hong Kong, relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 19 June 2017 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 29 June 2017.
