MTR Corporation Limited intends to appoint a Term Consultant to assist the Operations Innovation Hub in accomplishing various video analytic software development tasks in MTR.
The Term Consultancy Agreement will be of 2 years with an option to extend for another 1 year.
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified consultants to express their interests in tendering for the above term consultancy services. The Term Consultant will be under supervision by MTR design team, and the scope of the Services includes the following:
- support various video analytic software development tasks,
- supervise the contractors on the T&C,
- take over the development tools and source codes provided by contractors under various projects,
- train up the MTR team on using the development tools for further customization, and
- take up future development on need basis.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in April 2021 and tenders will be invited in June 2021.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 1 April 2021 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
