Expressions of Interest are invited from Consultants who wish to submit a proposal for the above service for Tianjin Beiyunhe Shopping Mall.

 

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Consultants who have the necessary experience, capability and resources to carry out Retail Spatial Design.

 

It is envisaged that the scope of the Service includes carrying out layout design of the shopping mall at each levels. The design shall include locations of shops of various trades and sizes, locations of back of house areas, atrium, means of access and escape routes.

 

The Consultant is expected to commence the Service in 3^rd quarter of 2019 and complete by 4^th quarter of 2019.

Suitable applicants will be provided with a brochure entitled “Information Brochure for Consultancy Agreement C11030 - Retail Spatial Design for Tianjin Beiyunhe Shopping Mall” which shall be completed together with the required submissions and returned no later than 2:00 pm on 3 June 2019 (Hong Kong Time).

 

Applicants’ submissions will be used by MTRCL to assess and select amongst the Applicants those who will be invited to submit a proposal.
