MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the Refurbishment and Replacement of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Primary Air Handling Units (PAUs) in Tsuen Wan Line (TWL), Kwun Tong Line (KTL), Island Line (ISL), Airport Express Line (AEL), Tung Chung Line (TCL), Disneyland Resort Line (DRL), Tseung Kwan O Line (TKL) and East Rail Line (ERL).
The Works includes the design, supply, installation, dismantling, removal, delivery, testing and commissioning for the refurbishment and replacement of the existing 73 Nos. (approximately) AHUs / PAUs. An Option for the refurbishment and replacement of the existing 35 Nos. (approximately) AHUs / PAUs may be included in the Works.
The prequalification process for the tender is tentatively scheduled to take place in September 2020 with tenders invited in November 2020.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 15 September 2020 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
After expression of interest, applicants will receive in due course, an invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than the time and date stated in the invitation.
