MTR Corporation Limited maintains lists of suppliers for the following categories of goods & services under the Approved Suppliers List (ASL) for its Information Technology Services Department.
- Hardware Supply & Maintenance
- Software Supply, Subscription and Maintenance
- IT Services, IT Infrastructure System Implementation
- IT Consulting Services
- System Implementation & Support Services
- System Maintenance & Support Services
- Recruitment Services for IT Professionals
This ASL will be reviewed and updated regularly. Interested parties with the relevant resources and experience are invited to express their interest for prequalification in the ASL via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
All current ASL suppliers need to re-apply for inclusion in the new ASL.
For applicants registered under the E-Tendering System, please click the following link and login the System to express interest and submit the required documents on or before 15 June 2023 for prequalification.
For applicants not registered under the E-Tendering System, please click the following link to express interest and submit the required documents to Ms. Iris Lam via email ikmlam@mtr.com.hk on or before 15 June 2023 for prequalification.

All applications for prequalification will be carried out through the E-Tendering System at http://www.hkextender.com.
