MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of the maintenance services of the MTR radio system in Disneyland Resort Line (DRL), integrated radio system (IRS) and Hong Kong Police (HKP) radio system in East Rail Line (EAL) and Ma On Shan Line (MOL), common radio system at Mei Foo Station (MEF) and In-Cab CCTV system in Tseung Kwan O Line (TKL).
The scope of the Maintenance Services includes comprehensive maintenance services for:
1) the radio systems installed in stations, tunnels and ancillary buildings along DRL, EAL and MOL and at MEF including radio base-stations, radio frequency amplifiers, point of interconnections (POI), leaky coaxial and feeder cables, antennas, network monitoring systems and the associated power supply units; and
2) the micro-wave video transmission system of the In-cab CCTV system in TKL.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in May 2015 and tenders will be invited in June 2015.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 18 May 2015 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 26 May 2015.
