MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of the Maintenance Services for the Configuration Management (CM) Tool System.
The CM Tool System including production server, network attached storages and network switches is currently installed in the server room of MTR Headquarters Building in Kowloon Bay and used to manage configuration of various computer-based control systems within the Corporation. It consists of two parts, a process manager for workflow management of software changes and a version manager for version control, security control and systematic filing of the identified configuration items.
The scope of the Maintenance Services includes the comprehensive corrective and preventive maintenance for the CM Tool System including comprehensive inspection, technical support services, office hour on-call services, fault rectification, technical investigation, faulty part replacement and repair, examination and testing.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in August 2017 and tenders will be invited in October 2017.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 30 August 2017 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 6 September 2017.
