Maintenance Services for ECS and SBCS for AEL, TCL and DRL (Contract No.: M1199-19E)

The existing environmental control system and station based control system are being used to control and monitor all the ECS and building services equipment in order to enable automatic control of the air conditioning, ventilation and building services facilities in the stations, ancillary buildings and tunnels along AEL, TCL and DRL. The main components of the systems include station networks, programmable logic controllers, remote input/output units, programming and maintenance terminals and system software.

The scope of the maintenance services comprises the comprehensive corrective and preventive maintenance for the environmental control system and station based control system for AEL, TCL and DRL, including 24-hour failure follow up, provision of spares and reporting to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operations of the systems.

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in June 2019 and tenders will be invited in August 2019.

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 9 July 2019 via the MTR Corporation Limited's E-Tendering System.

Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 16 July 2019.
