Preliminary Lists of Consultants for Property Development Project

  

MTR Corporation Limited (the Corporation) invites qualified consultants to express their interest in being included in the preliminary lists of consultants for the following design disciplines for the forthcoming property development project of the Corporation:
　

  • Architectural and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Lead Consultant

  • Civil/Structural Engineering

  • Building Services/E&M Engineering
    　

Consultants to be included in the preliminary lists shall be capable of  providing professional services in their design disciplines, possess in-house resources and experience in adopting Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the design process. Consultants who are admitted into the preliminary lists, if appropriate, may be  included as one of the consultants in the list of named consultants in the tender of the forthcoming  property development project of the Corporation.

　

In order to be considered for inclusion into the preliminary lists, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 11 October 2017 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.

　

Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation via the E-Tendering System.  The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System.
