MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the “Supply & Replacement of Chillers at Telford Plaza II”.  The scope of works includes:-

 

  • Upgrade of the existing air-cooled chiller plant to water-cooled chiller plant.

  • Works will be carried out in two phases tentatively from October 2016 to April 2017 and October 2017 to April 2018.

  • Dismantlement of the existing air-cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, motor control panels and associated chilled water piping circuit for Telford Plaza II.

  • Repartition of the existing chiller plant.

  • Supply and installation of new cooling towers, water-cooled chillers, chilled & condense water pump sets and associated chilled/condense water piping distribution circuit.

  • Construction of relevant building structure e.g. inertia block, I-beam, weather-proof shelter and etc. for installation of new air-conditioning equipment.

  • Modification of the existing E&M facilities including air-conditioning, electrical services, fire services system, plumbing & drainage, and building management system to suit the new chiller plant.

Tentative Tender Invitation Date       : November 2015

Tentative Contract Award Date          : March 2016
