 Architectural and AP Services for large scale projects

 

Provision of architectural services and the services of an Authorized Person (AP) for the design and/or feasibility studies of property development projects.  The scope of services will generally include preparation of master layout plan, design proposals, detailed layout, property enabling work proposal, feasibility studies, tender documents, constructability proposal, programmes, submission to government departments, acting as the lead consultant for design/technical  coordination, and etc.

Interested parties should submit the information for prequalification as follows to Procurement & Supply Chain Department, 15/F Hang Seng Tower, Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong for the attention of Mr. Boris Mak on or before 2:00pm, 24 November 2025.

 

a. To download the submission requirement and template, please click each of the Categories above which you wish to participate in.

 

b. To complete and submit the following in CD ROM or USB Flash Drive:-

 

  • the information as listed above in each Category.  Each category shall be applied and submitted in individual package.  No share of document between category is allowed.

  • the Prequalification Questionnaire

 

All current Consultants on Permanent Consultants List need to re-apply.

 

Please remind to submit all required information which will affect the assessment of your application and jeopardize the chance to become a qualified consultant. Qualified consultants will be registered in the Permanent Consultants List, and will be considered for tender invitation in coming 3 years when requirement arises.

Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited.
