Supply and Installation of Signage Materials for New Lines Opening
Contract No.: Q042775 and Q042776

  

 

MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the supply and installation of signage materials in MTR Stations and passenger trains for the opening of New Lines.

 

The scope of services includes :

 

Q042775    Provision of Flashing System Maps in MTR Trains

1.         Supply silk screen printed system maps on vinyl in at least 14 colors which are mounted on 3 mm thick polycarbonate panel

2.         Remove the existing surface vinyl layer of system maps in MTR Trains

 

Q042776    Supply and Installation of Signage Materials

1.         Supply of signage labels, vinyl and etc.

2.         Installation in MTR stations and trains

 

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in September 2015. Only qualified companies will be invited to submit tender, tentatively in late September 2015.

 

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested companies are requested to express their interest on or before 28 August 2015 by writing to :

Please submit the following information / documents for prequalification which should be enclosed in an envelope marked “Expression of Interest for the Supply and Installation of Signage Materials for New Lines Opening”.

 

  • Company name, background and profile

  • Relevant job experience in silk screen printed signage materials

  • Brief description of equipment and permanent manpower capacity including factory and installation team

  • Experience in railway environment

  • No. of MTR qualified Competent Person (Track) and (non-Track)

  • Experience in one-night changeover site work (clients’ names, description of works)
