MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the “Repair of Water Seepage around Windows at External Wall at Tung Chung Crescent”. There are about 25 nos. of window locations to be repaired with scaffold erection. The scope of works includes:-

 

  • Hack off the loosen wall tiles and defective rendering;

  • Repair any concrete defects, re-render and apply the waterproofing materials;

  • Supply and install external wall tile finishes.

 

Tentative Tender Invitation Date       : January 2016

Tentative Contract Award Date          : May 2016

 

Interested companies should submit the following information for pre-qualification to Procurement & Contracts Department at 20/F., MTR Headquarters Building, Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong for the attention of Ms Elsa Chu on/before 2:00pm on 11 December 2015.
