MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified suppliers to express interest to tender for implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE) for collaboration of project data, especially Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for design and construction of new railway lines.
Scope of services includes:
· Supply of applicable software licenses
· Provision of system design, implementation, testing & commissioning, training and skill transfer services
· On-going system maintenance & support services
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in October 2017 and tenders will also be invited in October 2017.
Interested companies should express interest in writing to Mr Teddy Tang via fax no. (852) 2993 7775 or email to TEDDYT@mtr.com.hk, quoting the Ref. Q057478, on or before 5:00pm, 29 September 2017.
A prequalification questionnaire will be issued to interested companies for collection of necessary information for prequalification assessment, which should be submitted on or before 5:00pm, 6 October 2017. Only qualified suppliers will be invited to tender.
You should not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for this Contract independently if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company who will apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner of a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.
Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will apply for the prequalification
Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited.
