MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract Q067420: Construction of Superstructure Works at Section 4 of Tseung Kwan O Depot Phase II.
Section 4 of the depot is a reinforced concrete structure of approximately 5,070m² in plan area. The scope of works under this Contract includes the construction of structural deck, services trenches and associated hoardings / covered walkways and diversions.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in January 2019 and tenders will be invited in April 2019.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who are the Registered General Building Contractors under the Buildings Ordinance and having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 18 February 2019 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
