MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract Q077512 : Construction of Activity Green and Associated Works at LOHAS Park.
The scope of Works includes the construction of a new Activity Green and the associated miscellaneous provisions atop the Tseung Kwan O Depot Phase I & II to merge with the existing Activity Green besides the work site, the demolition of the existing supermarket and covered walkways and the associated utility diversion works.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in May 2020 and tenders will be invited in July 2020.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who are the Registered General Building Contractors under the Buildings Ordinance and having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 8 June 2020 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
