MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of maintenance services for the In-Train TV System for West Rail Line, East Rail Line and Tuen Ma Line. The In-Train TV System is an infotainment system to provide audio-visual operations messages, commercial advertisements, news, weather and financial information on the LCD panels to passengers in train.
The system consists of equipment installed on passenger trains, transmission network and media centre. The scope includes the first line maintenance, and second line corrective and preventive maintenance to the system excluding the LCD panels installed in trains for a period of 2-year with an option for other 2-year.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 2:00pm, 17 August 2020 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System. Late applications will not be considered.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 2 September 2020.
The qualified applicants will be invited to tender for the captioned Contract in Quarter 4 2020.
