MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract Q081853 : Nominated Sub-Contract for Supply and Installation of Electrical & ELV systems of Tai Wai Property Development Retail Centre.
The Tai Wai property development includes, inter alia, a retail centre of about 60,620m2. The developer of Tai Wai property development is responsible for the design and construction of the retail centre for the issuance of the Occupation Permit (OP) and will hand over to the MTR Corporation Limited for fit out works. The concrete structure and basic E&M provisions up to OP standard will be completed before the handover.
The scope of works of the main contract includes the general fit out and builder’s works for the common area of retail centre. The scope of works under this Sub-Contract includes supply and installation, modification, statutory submissions, inspections, testing and commissioning of the power supply system, extra-low voltage systems and LED panels for the retail centre, but excluding tenants’ works.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in January 2021 and tenders will be invited in July 2021.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who have relevant resources, qualifications, experience and under Development Bureau’s list of Approved Specialist Contractors are requested to express their interest on or before 28 January 2021 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
