Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Applicants for the services described below.

 

 

1.  Background Information

 

MTR Corporation Limited, Licensed PMC (C-114608) invites qualified consultancy companies to express their interest in tendering for the provision of consultancy service for lobbies renovation of a high-end office building in the Central Hub of Hong Kong - Two International Finance Centre (Two ifc).

2.  Scope of Services

 

The scope of consultancy services includes:

  • Design and contract administration of the renovation work from preliminary design stage to construction stage.

  • Appointment of an Authorised Person (AP) as the Project Architect and the Project Manager to take lead of all design & project matters.

  • Appointment of necessary professionals to perform the renovation design, feasibility study, tendering work, and project management from preliminary design stage to construction stage. These professionals include but not limited to Architects / Interior Designers, Registered Structure Engineers, Building Services Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.

  • Preliminary and detailed interior design of the main entrance lobbies on G/F and P1/F of Two ifc with gross floor area of approximately 3,000 square meter covering reflected ceiling, wall finishes, floor finishes & all relevant decorative items / finishes and modification of all relevant E&M services.

  • Preliminary interior design for future renovation of other areas including the interior of lift cars and the common areas of a typical floor with approximately 600 square metre.

  • Study on environmentally sustainable features including both architectural and E&M aspects, to be incorporated in the renovation works.

  • Coordination and liaison with the Corporation, various stakeholders of Two ifc, contractors, government departments and all relevant parties for the renovation project.

6.  Other Matters

 

Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited.
