Supplier Registration

To enhance our supplier management and sourcing capabilities, MTR Corporation will launch the MTR Supplier Portal, a new platform supporting Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Sourcing functions. The new MTR Supplier Portal will replace the existing E-Tendering System (ETS) and provide a more streamlined experience for supplier registration, profile maintenance, tender participation, and ongoing supplier interactions with MTR.

Key Dates:

1. 19 September to 8 October 2026 - System Blackout Period

During this period:

• New supplier registrations will not be accepted; and
• Supplier profile updates or amendments cannot be processed.

2. 9 October 2026 - Go-live of the new MTR Supplier Portal. Supplier registration and profile maintenance activities will resume through the new portal.

Impact on Tender Activities:

There will be no impact on ongoing tender activities during the blackout period, including access to tender documents and the submission of tender responses. Suppliers may continue to use the existing E-Tendering System (ETS) to participate in tenders issued before 9 October 2026 and submit responses by the respective deadlines. From 9 October 2026 onwards, all newly issued tender will be published and managed through the new Supplier Portal.
