Artist's Concept:
“Birds of a Feather” is a 35 meter long aluminium and stainless steel sculpture based on a 100 times actual size of a primary flight feather.

The work aims to work in harmony with the curvilinear architectural design and function of the Tsing Yi Station Airport Express Departure Hall.

One hundred and eight concealed light crossfade giving a full palette of colour with which to paint numerous coloured feathers. The sculpture celebrates the beauty and diversity of the birds of China and the wonders of flights.
