"The meaning of happiness is to share" - this is the philosophy of renowned local artist Mr Felix Tam and the theme behind his latest exhibition "Happy Sharing" which will open on 1 July 2008 in the "arttube" at MTR Central Station.

Noticing the decline of face-to-face communication among people in the electronic age, Mr Tam has created his own cartoon character, "Cheapman", to share his daily experiences and happy memories.

"The art of happiness is to share it with others, regardless of age and nationality. When you share happy stories with other people, you are recalling and preserving your own happy memories at the same time. I hope this exhibition not only brings happiness to MTR passengers, but also reminds them of the importance of sharing." said Mr Tam.

Through a number two- and three- dimensional exhibits as well as a slide show, viewers are taken through a kaleidoscope of happy moments and cherished memories in "Cheapman's" life.

So why not make a date with your friends and family to meet "Cheapman" and share some happiness at "arttube" in MTR Central Station (Exit J). "Happy Sharing" will be on show from 1 July 2008 until 31 August 2008.
