From 9 am to 6 pm on 1 July 2026, MTR Mobile members can log on to MTR Mobile and join the 7.1 MTR Mobile Lucky Draw via the campaign page to get a chance to win an MTR Free Domestic Ride – e-Single Journey Tickets*. 71,000 MTR Free Domestic Ride – e-Single Journey Tickets* will be given out during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period.

Each MTR Mobile member account can participate in the lucky draw once and can only win one prize throughout the Lucky Draw Promotion Period.

* The MTR Free Domestic Ride will be a QR code ticket, it is valid for one single journey on the MTR to any destinations (except Airport Express, High Speed Rail, Light Rail, First Class on the East Rail Line, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau journeys, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus.)

【Reward 2】 Free Rides for Children on Airport Express

From 1 July to 31 August 2026, children aged 3 to 11 using a valid Child Octopus can travel for free on the Airport Express from Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station to the airport, or vice versa, or round-trip journey on the Airport Express when starting the journey from Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station to AsiaWorld-Expo Station on the same day.

【Reward 3】50% off for JoyYou Card holders on Airport Express

From 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, JoyYou Card holders aged 60 or above using a valid JoyYou Card can enjoy 50% off Octopus fare on the Airport Express from Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station to the airport, or vice versa.

From 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, Students using a Personalised Octopus with valid "Student Status" can enjoy 50% off Octopus fare on the Airport Express from Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station to the airport, or vice versa.

“7.1 MTR Mobile Lucky Draw” Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”) will launch “7.1 MTR Mobile Lucky Draw” promotion (“lucky draw”) for MTR Mobile Members (“Members”). The lucky draw campaign will be held from 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on 1 July 2026, based on the time records of the server of MTRCL. Late participation will not be accepted. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding.
  2. Members who successfully enter the lucky draw page and enter the lucky draw between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on 1 July 2026, will stand a chance to win a designated prize. There will be 71,000 prize winners during the lucky draw. Members who fail to participate within the designated time slot are not eligible for the lucky draw.
  3. Members are required to have a valid MTR Mobile account and log in to MTR Mobile, in order to participate in the lucky draw and win prize. Each MTR Mobile account owner can draw once in lucky draw day and can only win one prize throughout the lucky draw day.
  4. MTRCL has authorized GURU ONLINE, the system provider for this lucky draw campaign, to instantly and randomly generate the lucky draw results when participants take part. Each winning member (a "Winner") will receive one free domestic ride - electronic Single Journey Ticket (the "Prize"), with a total of 71,000 Prizes to be distributed.
  5. The prize refers to any one single journey on MTR to any destinations (Except for Airport Express, High Speed Rail, Light Rail, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau journeys, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus).
  6. The conclusion statement of this Lucky Draw will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 9 July 2026.
  7. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s valid MTR Mobile account on or before 9 July 2026. MTRCL will notify the winners via "Inbox" of the winner's MTR Mobile account on or before 9 July 2026. Winner must go to “My collections” in MTR mobile and follow the instruction to collect the prize to “My Ticket” on or before 2 January 2027.
  8. The prize will be available at “My Ticket” for use until 2 January 2027 after collection (until the end of train service hours of that day) on applicable domestic paid journey. Unused free ride offer will be forfeited automatically and irrevocable.
  9. Winners must hold a valid MTR Mobile account during the promotion period and at the time of claiming the prize, in order to receive the prize.
  10. The Prize is subject to individual terms and conditions.
  11. MTRCL employees are eligible to participate in the lucky draw. They have an equal chance of winning the prize with all other users.
  12. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, cancelled, reversed nor exchanged for cash. All dates and time (including but not limited to the time of the draw result announcement) are based on the time records of the server of MTRCL. In any case of disputes, MTRCL’s records shall prevail.
  13. In case there is, in MTRCL’s opinion, any fraud relating to or abuse of the lucky draw, MTRCL reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of any reward received under this promotion from the relevant users' MTR Mobile account without prior notice.
  14. Neither MTRCL nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTRCL and its affiliates disclaim any warranty.
  15. MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including any consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising from the participation in the lucky draw or relating thereto, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
  16. Whether a user can join and complete the lucky draw is subject to the device model used and network performance. MTRCL will neither guarantee the smooth operation of the lucky draw, nor bear any legal responsibility for any offers that are lost, delayed, not received or not redeemed due to any issues relating to system updates/maintenance, device model, network, technology, hacking, unsuccessful/delayed participation in or operation of the lucky draw, and/or any other uncontrollable events. Offers will not be reissued under any circumstances.
  17. As an existing member of MTR Mobile, you are not required to provide any additional personal data to us in order to participate in the lucky draw.   18. All records from the system database of MTRCL are the only official and correct version.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
  20. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
  21. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions.
