Yangtaishan Forest park is part of the 135-kilometre Longhua Ring Road Greenway. With a length of 28 kilometres, the Yangtaishan Section of the Greenway is divided into the northern and the southern parts. It can be accessed from either the “Great Rescue Plaza” or “Lengshuikeng Reservoir”. Along the elevated greenway you can admire all 18 major scenic views there, including Tung Flower Brae, Trails in Bamboo Grove, Butterfly Valley, Longxi Bridge, Panoramic Viewpoint, Mystic Valley and Seven Immortals Spring. 
The most popular attractions in the park must be the two glass boardwalks -- the northern Lansheng Terrace and the southern Mirror Terrace. The two terraces are surrounded by mountains with lush green trees, with a 360° panoramic view. The elevated part of the terraces is paved with glass for some real excitement. There is also the gurgling of creeks and the rustle of the breeze. You can also take some beautiful pictures of the sky mirror! Even if you are afraid of height, you can close your eyes and enjoy the gift of nature.
The natural valleys, the abandoned boulders, and the Zen-style lodging all form a unique and charming scenery along different sections of the greenway.
