Between 15 and 28 March 2026, eligible MTR Mobile members who take the Airport Express between Airport Station and Hong Kong Station, Kowloon Station or Tsing Yi Station by using their linked Octopus will be entitled to participate in the "Grab" event on 2 April 2026 via MTR Mobile.

• Winners must register as a member of the HKCR Ticketing Mobile Applications (HKCR Mobile App) using the mobile number registered with their MTR Mobile account by 10 April 2026, to claim the prize.
• If a winner fails to become a member of the HKCR Mobile App by 10 April 2026, the prize entitlement will be deemed forfeited. Prize entitlements are non-transferable.
• Prizes will be distributed via the HKCR Mobile App on or before 17 April 2026.
• Winners' mobile numbers will be transferred to the HKCR Mobile App for prize distribution.

Terms and Conditions:
- MTR Corporation Limited ("MTRCL") launches " Airport Express - Grab Your Hong Kong Sevens Tickets!" ("the Campaign"). MTR Mobile members with a linked Octopus ("Eligible Members") can participate.
- The Campaign runs from 15 to 28 March 2026 ("Campaign Period"), based on MTR train service hours.
- The “Grab” event takes place on 2 April 2026 ("Grab Day") at 12:00 noon. Prize are limited and the Campaign will end immediately once all prizes are allocated.
- Eligible members must keep the same Octopus linked for the entire Campaign Period up to Grab Day.
- Eligible Members who, during the Campaign Period, use their linked Octopus ("Eligible Octopus") to take the Airport Express between Airport Station and Hong Kong Station, Kowloon Station or Tsing Yi Station (with Airport Station as the origin or destination station) ("Eligible Journey"), will qualify for the “Grab” event on 2 Apr 2026 via MTR Mobile. Participants may have a chance to grab 2 tickets to the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens. ("Prize").
- This campaign is not applicable to MTR Staff Octopus Card, Dependent Octopus Card, Retirees & Spouse Octopus Card, and 1+1 Octopus Card, Airport Staff Personalised Octopus, passengers using the Airport Express Morning Express Service, or passengers travelling to/from AsiaWorld-Expo Station.
- By participating in this Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. MTRCL reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner for any breach and to act against any conduct that disrupts the Campaign.
- The Prize is valid for admission on 19 April 2026 only. Winners are not allowed to change the usage date.
- If an Eligible Member changes the linked Octopus after completing an Eligible Journey, journeys made with the replaced Octopus will not be counted.
- Journeys made with an Octopus not linked to an MTR Mobile account are invalid and will not be eligible for the Campaign.
- Winners will receive individual notifications regarding the redemption process. The winner list will not be made public, and non-winners will not be notified.
- Winners must hold a valid MTR Mobile account when claiming the Prize.
- Winners must register as a member of the HKCR Ticketing Mobile Applications (HKCR Mobile App) using the mobile number registered with their MTR Mobile account by 10 April 2026, in order to claim the Prize.
- If a winner fails to become a member of the HKCR Mobile App by 10 April 2026, the prize entitlement will be deemed forfeited. Prize entitlements are non-transferable.
- Prizes will be distributed via the HKCR Mobile App on or before 17 April 2026.

- If the winner's identity cannot be verified due to inaccurate and/or incorrect personal information provided by the winner or for any other reasons not caused by the MTRCL, or the winner fails to receive the reward notification or to redeem the reward, his/her eligibility will be revoked and the MTRCL will not take any responsibility or provide any form of compensation
- All dates, times, prize quantities, and records are based on MTRCL’s computer system.
- Prize usage and redemption are subject to separate terms and conditions.
- After prize collection, MTRCL will not re-issue Coupons or certify any loss in the event of loss or theft.
- MTRCL shall not be responsible for any accidents and/or personal injuries occurring upon redemption or attendance at the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens.
- MTRCL is not the organizer of the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens and will not be responsible for the quality of service.
- MTRCL is not the supplier or manufacturer of the prizes of this promotion. Prizes are provided as-is. MTRCL makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any merchantability of a relevant prize or its fitness for a particular purpose. Any complaints about a prize should be directed to the supplier or manufacturer of the relevant prize. MTRCL will not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or consequences that may arise from the use of the prize or its related services by the winner.
- If the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong is postponed or cancelled due to the organizer of the concert or force majeure or other reasons, MTRCL will not assume any responsibility, and the prizes given to the winners will not be compensated in other ways.
- In case there is, in MTRCL's opinion, any fraud relating to or abuse of the Grab Event, MTRCL reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of any reward received under this promotion from the relevant users' MTR Mobile account without prior notice.
- Under no circumstances may the Prize be converted to MTR Points, cancelled, amended, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash or other gifts.
- Neither MTRCL nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTRCL and its affiliates disclaim any warranty.
- MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including any consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising from the participation in the Grab Event or relating thereto, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
- Whether an MTR Mobile member can join and complete the Grab Event is subject to the device model used and network performance. MTRCL will neither guarantee the smooth operation of the Grab Event, nor bear any legal responsibility for any offers that are lost, delayed, not received or not redeemed due to any issues relating to system updates/maintenance, device model, network, technology, hacking, unsuccessful/delayed participation in or operation of the Grab Event, and/or any other uncontrollable events. Offers will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- As an existing MTR Mobile member, you are not required to provide any additional personal data to us in order to participate in the Grab Event. For information about the privacy policies and practices of this Grab Event and MTR Mobile in general, please check for the Personal Information Collection Statement ("PICS") which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
- The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding.
