Redemption of $200 Cash Coupon upon Spending of $1,500
at Free Duty Shop in Lo Wu Station

Elevating Your Experience with New Facilities Upgrades

From 5 to 11 February 2024, customer can use the original sales receipt to redeem HK$200 cash discount coupon (i.e., 2 nos. of HK$100 cash discount coupon) upon spending of every HK$1,500 at Free Duty Shops in Lo Wu station. Each sales receipt can redeem $200 cash discount coupon once at a time. Cash coupon is offered on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Redemption Location:

Redemption Counter at Free Duty Shops at Departure Level of Lo Wu Station
Redemption Period: 5 to 11 February 2024 (10:00 – 20:00 daily)

Terms and conditions:

  1. Promotion period: 5 to 11 February 2024 (both dates inclusive)
  2. Customers can redeem HK$200 cash discount coupon (i.e., 2 nos. of HK$100 cash discount coupon) upon single spending of every HK$1,500 or above. Each sales receipt can redeem $200 cash discount coupon once at a time.
  3. Customers can redeem the coupons at the Redemption Counter at Free Duty Shops at Departure Level of Lo Wu Station from 10:00 to 20:00 daily. Coupons are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
  4. Upon redemption of coupons, customers are required to present the original same-day machine-printed sales receipt issued by Free Duty Shops and the corresponding electronic payment slip with the matching value. Redemption counter staff reserves the right to copy relevant documents for internal reference.
  5. Each valid machine-printed sales receipt can be used for one redemption only. Duplicate use is not allowed.
  6. The staff of Lo Wu Station and tenant are not eligible for participation in any redemption programme.
  7. MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to alter or terminate the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
  9. MTR Corporation Limited and participating merchants reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
