All aboard the MTR, as a magical journey with Mickey and Friends is about to begin! From 10 September to 23 October, MTR is bringing seven beloved Disney characters to life at seven themed stations across the network. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Chip ‘N’ Dale, Pluto and Goofy will appear in brand-new Work-and-School looks, ready to accompany passengers on their daily journeys, bringing a burst of fun to everyday MTR travel. Complete the designated reward challenges during the above period for a chance to redeem a limited Mickey and Friends standees!

Donald Duck and Chip ‘N’ Dale will also make special appearances at the themed Light Rail, bringing an extra touch of magic to everyday journeys in the Tuen Mun area on weekends!

Mickey and his friends will make their first appearances at Admiralty, Central, Choi Hung, Diamond Hill, Jordan, Kai Tak and Prince Edward stations. Travel on ‘Mickey and Friends’ themed Light Rail to Explore Tuen Mun with Donald Duck and Chip ‘N’ Dale on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Two new “Mickey and Friends Journey with Me” themed Light Rails will be operating on designated “Light Rail Voyager” sightseeing routes on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 19 September to 19 October (for a total of 12 days), led by Donald Duck and Chip ‘N’ Dale respectively, accompanying passengers as they explore Tuen Mun on a joyful and magical adventure.

[How to Ride?]

For just HK$68, passengers can purchase a “Light Rail Travel Pass” package, which allows them to ride the themed Light Rail at the designated session and enjoy unlimited rides on other Light Rail routes with the valid "Light Rail Travel Pass" of the day. Each package also includes a complimentary Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck sticker pack (distributed at random), plus an HK$50 coupon for use at MTR e-Store physical shores upon a minimum spend of HK$100. Notes:

Passengers cannot alight at intermediate stops along the routes of the themed Light Rail (except at Town Centre Stop). After completing their journey, passengers wishing to board another themed Light Rail trip must purchase a new “Light Rail Travel Pass” package.
Each Light Rail Travel Pass is valid for one passenger only and is subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Each adult may travel with one child under the age of three free of charge, without the need to purchase an additional package. Children aged three or above must purchase a separate “Light Rail Travel Pass” package to ride the themed Light Rail.
The schedule of themed Light Rail is subject to the actual train operations and may be adjusted without prior notice due to operational arrangements.
In the event that the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, the themed Light Rail service will be suspended. Please refer to the latest announcements on MTR's official social media platforms.
