Chinese New Year Grand Rewards! Spend HK$500 Get HK$50 MTR Shops Cash Coupon

In this festive season, many will prepare gifts and treats while visiting family and friends, and we have prepared shopping offers to reward you!

From 2 to 16 February 2026 (promotion period), customers spending HK$500 or more via electronic payment (with no more than two transactions on the same day and same station within the promotion period) at designated station shops in Hong Kong West Kowloon, Lok Ma Chau or Lo Wu Station (excluding Duty Free Shops) can redeem one MTR Shops Cash Coupon HK$50 at the Redemption Counter^.

📝 Redemption Trips:

  1. Each set of eligible receipts can only be used to redeem one HK$50 Cash Coupon. No accumulation or splitting of receipts is allowed.
  2. Each customer may redeem only two coupon per day, with a maximum of four coupons during the promotion period.
  3. Redemption of the Cash Coupon is strictly limited to the designated MTR station shop (Hong Kong West Kowloon, Lok Ma Chau or Lo Wu Station) where the eligible transaction was made. Cross-station spending or redemption will not be accepted.
  4. The redeemed Cash Coupon can only be used at the station shops at the designated station. Please check the terms on the coupon for the applicable station. <Designated Shops List>
  5. The HK$50 Cash Coupon is valid for use from 2 February 2026 to 31 March 2026.
  6. Daily quota applies to this offer and coupons are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

 

^Redemption counters are located at the Redemption locations in these three stations. Please check the opening dates and times before visiting.
** In case a Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted three hours prior to the promotion counter opening time or during the promotion counter's operating hours, the redemption activity for that day will be cancelled without further notice

Redemption counters will close once all coupons for the day have been fully redeemed, without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customers must visit the designated redemption counter in person during its opening hours and present no more than two original electronic purchase receipts issued on the same day and at the same station (Hong Kong West Kowloon, Lok Ma Chau or Lo Wu Station), with the transaction between 2 February, 2026 to 18:30 on 16 February ,2026. The corresponding original electronic payment receipts must also be presented. To be eligible for redemption of the Cash Coupon, the total spending must be HK$500 or above. Any transactions not conducted on the specified days or failing to meet the stated criteria will not be accepted.
  2. Receipts must clearly show the merchant's name in Hong Kong West Kowloon, Lok Ma Chau or Lo Wu Station, and include a valid machine-printed record from the cash register. The following will not be accepted:
    • Cash payments or transactions paid with cash/gift vouchers/merchant discount offers
    • Receipts without a machine-printed record
    • Handwritten, expired, damaged, altered, photocopied, or reprinted receipts
    • Bill receipts
  3. Eligible electronic payments must be made using electronic currencies, including credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay QuickPass, Tap & Go, FPS, PayMe, OpenRice Pay, Atome, and any other stored value payment tools regulated under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584). Transaction settled with the store value in the electronic stored value card issued by a particular merchant will also be classified as eligible electronic payment means. The redemption counter staff has the right to ask the customer to produce the original electronic payment (e.g. credit card, octopus card, or the payment mobile App, etc) for checking purpose.
  4. Each set of eligible receipts can redeem a "HK$50 MTR Shops Cash Coupon". Customers must present receipts for photo-taking and registration by the redemption counter staff for internal reference purposes. Refusal to do so will result in the inability to redeem. Each customer is limited to redeeming two HK$50 Cash Coupon per day, with a maximum of four coupons throughout the entire promotion period.
  5. Daily cash coupons quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the cash coupon is exhausted for the day, the redemption counter will close. Cash coupons will be distributed in the order of receipt registration time, and no reservations for cash coupons will be made.
  6. Any original purchase receipts that have been registered, canceled, or partially or fully refunded or rebated will not be accepted.
  7. MTR Corporation reserves the right to suspend the redemption offer in case of any fraud or abuse.
  8. MTR Corporation reserves the right to update the list of participating merchants without prior notice.
  9. Receipts from the following merchants or services will not be accepted: transactions made with any non-designated electronic payments, tobacco products, temporary promotional booths, online shopping/takeaway platforms, online payments (including in-store pickup), third-party online takeaway self-pickup platforms, any bill payments or transfers, purchase or use of cash vouchers/shopping vouchers/coupons/gift cards/stored value cards/phone cards, stored value card top-ups, purchase of game tokens, bill payments, autopay, banks, currency exchange, insurance and value-added services, property leasing and sales, other non-retail spending (e.g., maintenance fees, repair fees, delivery fees, dismantling fees, installation fees, etc.), betting, school fees, purchase of travel/transport/entertainment-related tickets, 999.9 gold and gold savings (excluding gold jewelry).
  10. Employees of Hong Kong West Kowloon, Lok Ma Chau or Lo Wu Station shops are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  11. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
  12. MTR Corporation reserves the right to terminate or amend the offer details without prior notice. In case of any disputes, MTR Corporation reserves the right to make a final decision.
  13. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
