MTR Grand Lucky Draw - Win a Trip to World of Frozen

From 18 December 2023 to 28 January 2024, MTR Mobile registered users who have completed the below tasks will be enrolled in the lucky draw and have a chance to win two Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-day general admission tickets.

*Including (1) rides on the MTR with a linked Octopus, and (2) taking valid and paid MTR rides with QR Code Ticket via MTR Mobile linked to an account of dedicated e-payment sources
Task 2 5 lucky draw chances will be granted upon scanning 5 QR codes on posters in designated stations to collect a full set of MTR “World of Frozen” e-badge. 5 designated stations include:
1. Admiralty Station: concourse, paid area near iCentre
2. Causeway Bay Station: corridor connecting Platform 1 to eastern concourse, near Island Line towards Chai Wan)
3. East Tsim Sha Tsui Station: centre of concourse, next to Ticket Issuing & Add-value machines
4. Hung Hom Station: concourse, near Shop No. C15 Pret A Manger
5. Mong Kok Station: concourse near Exit B, next to Shop No. 22 Hung Fook Tong


Your participation in the lucky draw promotion constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by the relevant terms and conditions.

MTR Grand Lucky Draw – Win a Trip to World of Frozen Terms & Conditions:

  1. MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”) will launch “MTR Grand Lucky Draw – Win a Trip to World of Frozen” promotion (“lucky draw”) for MTR Mobile registered users (“registered users”). The promotion of this lucky draw will be held from 18 December 2023 to 28 January 2024, both dates inclusive (“promotion period”) based on the time records of the server of MTRCL. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding. Your participation in the lucky draw constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The lucky draw is applicable to existing or newly registered users of MTR Mobile who fulfilled the requirements in Clause 3 below during the promotion period (“eligible user”).
  3. Each eligible user can earn lucky draw chance(s) by completing the designated task(s) listed below.

  4. Eligible users will be enrolled in the lucky draw automatically with the respective number of lucky draw chances depending on the type of designated tasks completed and no further registration is required.
  5. Lucky draw chances entitlement from all designated tasks including the “eligible ride” and the “eligible game” will be counted based on the records from MTRCL as final.
  6. Each eligible MTR Mobile registered user is required to download the latest version of MTR Mobile, have a valid MTR Mobile registered account and log in to MTR Mobile account to participate in the eligible game. An eligible registered user must go to the designated 5 MTR stations, enable the “Location service” of your mobile device and allow MTR Mobile to access your location, then scan the QR code on designated posters in 5 designated MTR stations to collect the corresponding badges. 5 MTR stations have 5 corresponding badges, there’s a total of 5 badges in the full set of MTR “World of Frozen” badges.
  7. If a registered user fails to meet the stated requirements to collect a badge, the individual badge will be forfeited. If a registered user fails to meet the stated requirements to collect a set of 5 designated badges within the promotion period, the eligible game will be considered as incomplete, and the additional 5 lucky draw chances will be forfeited.
  8. Registered users cannot share the completion of the eligible game and are limited to the MTR Mobile registered users to enter and participate in the eligible game. The collected badges cannot be shared, transferred to another person, cancelled, reversed nor exchanged for cash, and are limited to the registered user accessing the eligible game in his/her own MTR Mobile account.
  9. Whether a registered user can join and complete the eligible game requirements and lucky draw promotion is subject to the device model used and network performance. MTRCL will neither guarantee the smooth operation of the lucky draw, nor bear any legal responsibility for any offers that are lost, delayed, not received or not redeemed due to any issues relating to system updates/maintenance, device model, network, technology, hacking, unsuccessful/delayed participation in or operation of the lucky draw, and/or any other uncontrollable events. Badges, lucky draw chances and rewards will not be reissued under any circumstances. All records from the system database of MTRCL are the only official and correct version. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding.
  10. The lucky draw will be held on 19 February 2024. A total of 600 winners will be randomly drawn by a computer system of MTRCL from all the eligible users enrolled in the lucky draw. Each winner will receive two Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-Day General Admission Tickets (“prize”). Each eligible user can only win the prize once.
  11. Winners will be notified via MTR Mobile inbox message on or before 28 February 2024 and details of the results will be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 28 February 2024.
  12. The winner will receive an MTR Mobile inbox message from MTRCL to claim their prizes. A winner must bring the inbox message notification sent to him/her to collect the prize in person at the designated location. When claiming the prize, the "Settings" page of the registered user account must be opened to display the registration number to verify the winner's identity (screenshots are not accepted). If the winner's identity cannot be verified due to inaccurate and/or incorrect personal information provided by the winner or for any other reasons not caused to MTRCL, or the winner fails to receive the prize notification or to claim the prize, his/her eligibility will be revoked and MTRCL will not take any responsibility or provide any form of compensation.
  13. If the winner fails to claim the prize before the date specified in the prize notification, the winner will be deemed to have waived the right to collect the prize. The prize cannot be cancelled, reversed or exchanged for cash.
  14. In case of any violations of these terms and conditions, MTRCL reserves the right to disqualify a participant from participation in the lucky draw or winning the prize, and to hold him/her accountable for any behaviors that disrupt this lucky draw.
  15. The use of the services under the prize is subject to separate terms and conditions issued by Hong Kong Disneyland Park.
  16. The pictures are for reference only, and the actual prizes shall prevail.
  17. MTRCL employees are eligible to participate in the lucky draw and they have an equal chance of winning the prize with all other eligible users.
  18. After prize collection, the prize will not be re-issued in any event (including without limitation, loss, theft or damage).
  19. MTRCL is not the supplier of the services under the prizes of this promotion. Prizes are provided as-is. MTRCL makes no warranties, representations or guarantees in respect of the prizes, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any merchantability of a relevant prize or its fitness for a particular purpose. The offering of these prizes does not in any way constitute or be deemed as MTRCL’s endorsement, affiliation and/or approval of any third party merchants’ services. MTRCL shall not be liable or responsible for any third party merchants, their services, and/or for your transactions with any of them. For avoidance of doubt, your transactions for third party services are subject to further terms and disclaimers (if any) from those relevant third party merchants. You are responsible for handling and managing any queries and/or disputes that you may have for any third party services with the relevant third party merchants directly.
  20. All guests of the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  21. Issuance and use of the prizes and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) there are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, (ii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com, and (iii) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  22. All prizes cannot be resold or exchanged for cash, other products or offers. Any unused services or entitlements will be cancelled without compensation after the validity period of the prizes has expired.
  23. If, in MTRCL’s opinion, a participant uses a fake account or hacks and/or modifies the software program in any way, or a participant participates in or procures others to participate in the promotion by any unfair, dishonest, improper or illegal means, or a participant promotes others to participate in this promotion for any benefit without the prior consent of MTRCL, or there is any fraud relating to or abuse of the lucky draw, MTRCL reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participants from participation and/or winning the prize or debit from the relevant participant’s MTR Mobile account the amount of the badges or prizes awarded under this lucky draw without prior notice. MTRCL reserves the right to pursue against any actions that interfere with and/or disrupt the promotion.
  24. Neither MTRCL nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTRCL and its affiliates disclaim any warranty.
  25. MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including any consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising from the participation in the lucky draw or relating thereto, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
  26. As an existing registered user of MTR Mobile, you are not required to provide any additional personal data to us in order to participate in the lucky draw.   27. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL on all matters pertaining to the lucky draw shall be final and binding.
  28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
  29. Should there be any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
  30. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
