Lost Property

  • If you have lost or left behind any belongings in the MTR network (including Heavy Rail, Light Rail and MTR Bus) within previous 6 weeks, please click "Lost Property Registration" to report your lost property. After completion of online registration, you may click "Lost Property Handling Status" to check the status of lost property reported within 6 weeks.
  • • For enquiries, please go to any Lost Property & Concessionary Travel Office. Due to latest development of the COVID-19 pandemic affecting manpower for station operations, the service hours of the Offices at Tai Wai and Siu Hong stations are temporarily adjusted to 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). The Office at Admiralty Station is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily as usual.

    • If you find any lost property item on the MTR premises, please contact station staff.
