Lost Property

  • If you have lost or left behind any belongings in the MTR network (including Heavy Rail, Light Rail and MTR Bus) within previous 6 weeks, please click "Lost Property Registration" to report your lost property. After completion of online registration, you may click "Lost Property Handling Status" to check the status of lost property reported within 6 weeks.
  • For other enquiries, please contact the Lost Property & Concessionary Travel Office in Admiralty Station, or the Lost Property & Concessionary Travel Office at Tai Wai Station and Siu Hong Station. All three offices are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily. Alternatively, feel free to call (852) 2861 0020 during office hours. If you find an item of lost property on the MTR, please leave it with the staff at the station where you disembark or change trains.
