From 3 April to 3 May 2026, simply present your Airport Express ticket or eligible Octopus Card* together with a same day receipt at the Baggage Storage and Delivery Services Counter (Arrivals Hall A, Arrivals Level (L5), Hong Kong International Airport) to enjoy a 25% discount on SF Baggage Delivery Service (Airport to City) - delivered directly to your hotel or home.

Terms and Conditions:
- This promotion is valid from 3 April 2026 to 3 May 2026, both dates inclusive.
- The offer is applicable only to passengers who purchase an eligible product, including Airport Express Single Journey Ticket, Airport Express Round Trip Ticket, Tourist Octopus – China T Union Card (Sold Version), and Tourist Octopus – China T Union Card (Sold Version with two Airport Express Single Journey rides).
- The offer is applicable only to eligible products purchased at Airport Station Customer Service Centres, Ticket Issuing Machines, or via online purchase through MTR Mobile or the MTR Website. Purchases made through third‑party platforms are not eligible, including but not limited to Klook, KKday and Agoda.
- Each eligible Airport Express ticket or Tourist Octopus is entitled to redeem a discount for a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage for the SF Baggage Delivery Service (Airport to City) only.
- To redeem the offer, passengers must present the original receipt or confirmation email, together with the purchased Airport Express ticket(s) or eligible Tourist Octopus card(s), at the "Baggage Storage and Delivery Services Counter" located at Arrivals Hall A, Arrivals Level (L5), Hong Kong International Airport. The purchase date shown on the receipt or confirmation email must be the same as the date of redemption. Photos, screen captures or photocopies are not accepted.
- The SF Baggage Delivery Service is provided by SF Express and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Baggage Delivery Service of SF Express. MTR Corporation Limited is not responsible for the baggage delivery service provided by SF Express. For details, please refer to SFHK's official website.
- MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
