Designated Purchase Locations: Airport Station Customer Service Centres located at Buffer Hall A and Arrivals Hall A on the Arrivals Level (L5)
Service Hours: 08:00 – 17:45
How It Works
- Step 1: Purchase your preferred bundle package at the designated Airport Station Customer Service Centre.
- Step 2: Complete the delivery arrangement and drop off your baggage directly at the Customer Service Counter.
- Step 3: Hop on the Airport Express and head straight into the city baggage-free.
- Step 4: Receive your baggage directly at your home or hotel.
Terms & Conditions
- Promotion period: 29 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- Airport Express ticket(s) in the package are only valid for a single journey from Airport Station to Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi stations on the day of issue only.
- Bundle packages are available for purchase only at designated Customer Service Centres at Airport Station.
- All bundle purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Airport Express ticket usage is subject to By-laws and Conditions of Issue.
- To purchase the bundle, each baggage item must carry a valid airline baggage tag or be supported by a valid travel document. For hotel delivery, customers must provide hotel reservation details.
- All baggage is subject to security screening. Delivery service may be refused if dangerous goods, prohibited items or suspicious objects are detected.
- Each baggage must not exceed 30 kg in weight or 199 cm in total dimensions.
- The SF Baggage Delivery Service is provided by SF Express and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Baggage Delivery Service of SF Express. Any loss of, damage to, delay in delivery of, or misdelivery of baggage arising from the transportation and delivery of baggage shall be subject to SF Express's applicable terms and conditions. - MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
