MTR Mobile members can enjoy below preferential conversion rate when converting HSBC RewardCash to MTR Points through HSBC Reward+ App. Each account can convert up to a maximum of $150 RewardCash, which equals to 67,500 MTR Points, for redeeming a wide array of rewards. What's more, for the successful conversion of $10 or above RewardCash into MTR Points, in addition to the preferential rate, a special reward - one MTR free domestic ride will also be rewarded2.

Remarks:

  • Limited-time conversion rate is applicable to the first $150 RewardCash conversion. Afterwards, every $1 RewardCash can convert to 300 MTR Points with no conversion limit.
  • Special reward is only applicable to MTR Mobile members who converted RewardCash during promotion period but did not convert any RewardCash into MTR Points through HSBC Reward+ from 1 January 2024 to 5 May 2025 (both dates inclusive), and must successfully convert at least $10 RewardCash to MTR Points during the promotion period, will be regarded as eligible members to receive an MTR free domestic ride.
  • The MTR free domestic ride will be credited to eligible member's valid MTR Mobile account by 31 July 2025. Each eligible member is entitled to the Reward once only.
  • The MTR free domestic ride refers to any one single journey on MTR to any destinations, except for Airport Express, High-Speed Rail, Light Rail, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lo Ma Chau journeys, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus.   • Terms and Conditions:

  • The promotion period of the limited-time offer is from 6 May to 30 June 2025, both dates inclusive ("promotion period").

  • During the promotion period, MTR Mobile members will enjoy 450 MTR Points for every $1 RewardCash converted from HSBC Reward+ app ("Reward+"), cap at the first $150 RewardCash converted. Afterwards, every $1 RewardCash can convert into 300 MTR Points. Please click here to refer to HSBC Reward+ promotion terms and conditions for details.

  • Special reward is only applicable to MTR Mobile members who converted RewardCash during promotion period but did not convert any RewardCash into MTR Points through HSBC Reward+ from 1 January 2024 to 5 May 2025, both dates inclusive, and must successfully convert at least $10 RewardCash into MTR Points during the promotion period ("eligible members"). Eligible members can receive an MTR free domestic ride - e-Single Journey Ticket ("special reward").

  • Special reward will be credited to eligible member's valid MTR Mobile accounts by 31 July 2025, which will be shown in the "Valid" tab under "My collections" in MTR Mobile. It can only be collected on or before 2 January 2026 via MTR Mobile. Expired special reward will be cancelled and deleted.

  • A MTR free domestic ride refers to any one single journey on MTR to any destinations, except for Airport Express, High Speed Rail, Light Rail, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lo Ma Chau journeys, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus. For details, please refer to the respective Terms and Conditions in the Reward Details page.

  • The MTR Mobile account status should be valid at the time when the special reward is credited to the eligible member's account. Otherwise, the respective special reward will be cancelled. The usage of special reward shall be bound by MTR Points Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  • Each eligible member is entitled to the special reward once only. For the avoidance of doubt, the members who have ever converted RewardCash into MTR Points from 1 January 2024 to 5 May 2025, both dates inclusive, are not eligible for the special reward.

  • MTR Corporation Limited ("MTRCL") fully reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and decision, to withhold or deduct the special reward from the account that MTRCL suspects are purposefully or intentionally fraudulent.

  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.

  • Should there be any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
