“Let’s hear from you” Terms and Conditions

MTR Corporation Limited (“MTR”, "we ", "our " or "us") launched a survey campaign named “Let’s hear from you” (“Campaign”). To better serve our customers, surveys are launched to collect views from our customers, so that we could make enhancements to our services accordingly. Customers can participate in the Campaign via specific Guider T robots in stations and fill in the surveys. The surveys are conducted on an anonymous basis.

General Terms

  1. All information/feedback collected in the Campaign are used only for enhancing our services. By participating in the Campaign, you authorize us and our designated service providers to use the information/feedback provided by you internally for the said purpose.
  2. We may revise or terminate the Campaign at a time we deem appropriate.
  3. Whether a participant can join/complete the Campaign depends on different factors such as network performance. We cannot guarantee the successful completion/submission of the surveys.
  4. You are not required to provide personal data to us in order to participate in the Campaign, although you may choose to provide contact information to us if you wish to receive our response.   6. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
