Design Management Architect I (Ref: DMAI)

Reporting to the Senior Design Management Architect, you will manage and co-ordinate the architectural planning and design activities of related design consultants for new railway extension projects to ensure the achievement of the overall design programmes and architectural quality. You will liaise with railway operators, internal departments, interfacing designers, Government authorities and external parties to obtain the required statutory approvals and ensure that the designs are completed on time and to the requirements of the Corporation, while achieving cost-effectiveness and integration with different disciplines well taken into account.

You should be a Registered Architect with at least 8 years' relevant experience in the design and management of large-scale, high quality and multi-discipline projects. Design experience related to railway stations or other transport facilities is preferable. A good command of spoken and written English is required.

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.

 

Design Management Architect II (Ref: DMAII)

Reporting to the Design Management Architect I, you will assist in managing the architectural design and coordinating with other disciplines for railway extension to ensure achievement of the overall design programme and architectural quality. You will liaise with railway operators, internal departments, interfacing designers, Government authorities and external parties to agree on project interfaces and ensure that the designs are fully integrated among different disciplines, and completed in a cost-effective manner, on time and to the requirements of the Corporation.

You should be a Registered Architect with at least 4 years' experience in the design and management of large-scale and multi-disciplinary projects. Design experience related to railway stations or mass transit facilities is preferable. A good command of spoken and written English is required.

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
