Senior Liaison Engineer (Ref Code: SLE)

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the stakeholder engagement processes of a new railway project, and representing the Corporation to communicate project-related matters with external parties including District Councils, local communities, non-government organisations and government departments.

You should have Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent. You should also have at least 12 years' relevant experience in the management of large-scale railway or infrastructure projects, preferably with 4 years of which in the management of public engagement programme. Good people skills, public speaking techniques as well as fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese are a must.

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.

 

Liaison Engineer I (Ref Code: LEI)

Reporting to Senior Liaison Engineer, you will support the project management in managing the stakeholder engagement processes of new railway projects as well as represent the Corporation to communicate project-related matters with external parties, including District Councils, local communities, non-government organizations and government departments.

You should be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent and have 8 years' relevant experience in the management of large-scale railway or infrastructure projects, preferably 2 years of which in the management of public engagement programmes. Good people skills, public speaking techniques and fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese are essential.

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
