Public Relations Manager - Projects & Property (Ref: J12060)

You will be involved in the development and implementation of communication strategies and associated programmes to support the Corporation's new railway and property development projects in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the media, local communities and Government officials to secure their understanding and support.

You should have a Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline with at least 10 years' experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial or senior supervisory level. Profound knowledge of media and community communications, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to remain calm and work under extreme pressure is critical.

Appointment will be made on two - year renewable contract terms.

 

Assistant Public Relations Manager - Projects & Property (Ref: J12059)

You will plan and implement publicity and community relations activities for the Corporation's new railway projects, and oversee individual projects from planning to implementation with minimal guidance.

You should have a Degree in Communications, Journalism or English with at least 8 years' relevant experience. Knowledge of current affairs and a good understanding of Hong Kong's political landscape and framework is an advantage. Experience in translation / interpretation and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential. You should be a creative and analytical thinker as well as a dedicated team player with strong communication, organising and interpersonal skills.

Appointment will be made on two - year renewable contract terms.

 

Public Relations Officer - Projects & Property (Ref: J12057)

You will plan and implement public relations programmes, including media, publicity and public consultation activities, to maximise public awareness and gain public support on new railway and property projects. You will have frequent communication with the media, councillors, community groups and local residents.

You should have a Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline with at least 5 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential. In addition, you should be well-versed in community affairs with good understanding of the public consultation process, self-confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have pleasant personality and interest in meeting people.

Appointment will be made on two - year renewable contract terms.
