MTR Corporation Limited, Licensed PMC (C-114608), maintains Permanent Contractors Lists (P-List) for the following categories of works and services at the properties managed by the Corporation in Hong Kong.

Interested parties should submit the information for prequalification as follows to Procurement & Supply Chain Department, MTR Corporation Limited at 20/F., MTR Headquarters Building, Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong for the attention of Ms. Jimmy Cheung on or before 2:00pm, 11 April 2023.

 

a. To download the submission requirements and template, please click each of the Categories above which you wish to participate in.

b. To complete and submit the following with two (2) softcopies in CD ROM or USB Flash Drive:-

• the information as listed above in each Category.  Each category shall be applied and submitted in individual package.  No share of document between category is allowed.

• the Prequalification Questionnaire

• the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy which Property Management Department of MTR Corporation Limited has implemented in complying with the International Standards including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. 

 

All current Contractors on Permanent Contractors List need to re-apply.

Please remind to submit all required information which will affect the assessment of your application and jeopardize the chance to become a qualified contractor. Qualified contractors will be registered in the Permanent Contractors List, and will be considered for tender invitation in coming 3 years when requirement arises.

Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited. All information submitted including personal data, will be used by MTR Corporation Limited for the prequalification.
