Supplier Profile Management The Supplier is responsible for keeping the company profile up to date to ensure smooth business operations with the Corporation. Through the MTR Supplier Portal, suppliers can easily review and update their company profiles, including but not limited to contact details and banking information. Suppliers shall upload the latest copy of all compliance documents, e.g. Business Registration (BR) Certificate, after each periodic renewal. The Corporation recommends that suppliers verify their company profiles regularly and promptly make any necessary changes to reflect their business status. Supplier Code of Practice This Supplier Code of Practice provides an ethical and behavioural framework for all suppliers / contractors, their subcontractors and other business partners. They are required to comply with these guidelines when doing business with the Corporation. Corruption Prevention Advisory Service (CPAS) of the ICAC A good governance system is vital for the MTR's counterparts to help sustain public confidence in the services provided by the MTR. We would therefore like to introduce to you the Corruption Prevention Advisory Service (CPAS). CPAS, a specialised unit in the Corruption Prevention Department of the ICAC, is dedicated to providing tailor-made, free and confidential advice on system control in common business areas such as procurement and staff administration.
