Deactivate QR Code Ticket

- Log in to MTR Mobile and click "My Tickets" on the homepage. Select “QR Code Ticket Settings” under QR Code Ticket

- Select "Deactivate QR Code Ticket function"

- Confirm to deactivate and a confirmation of function suspension will
be displayed. The QR code shown here is only for ticket checking by
MTR staff. If you wish to reactivate the function, you may re-link
on MTR Mobile the next day after unpaid fares are deducted from the
default payment account
*The arrangement will be extended by one day if trains will run overnight the day before
