This Scheme is a joint initiative between the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of the HKSAR Government, MTR Corporation, and other leading Hong Kong companies, offering quality internship opportunities on the Chinese Mainland and Overseas.

Through this programme, interns gain firsthand exposure to dynamic business environments outside Hong Kong, across a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to the following disciplines:

Interns will have the opportunity to travel and work in one of MTR's operational hubs, such as Chinese Mainland and Australia, subject to visa approval and business needs. Each placement lasts six to eight weeks and takes place between June and August.

To support your development, we offer structured orientation, ongoing guidance, and meaningful work experiences that help you build skills, broaden your horizons, and prepare for the transition from study to work. MTR sponsors major expenses such as transportation and accommodation, ensuring equal access to this valuable opportunity.
