Chairman's Message
As a global leader in low-carbon transport, we remain committed to delivering sustainable urban mobility, driving community development, and creating long-term value for all our stakeholders. Strong corporate governance remains at the core of everything we do. As our organisation has evolved, our approach has shifted from a centrally coordinated approach to one driven at the business unit level. By embedding sustainability considerations into our enterprise risk management framework and implementing a “three lines of defence” model, we ensure that our strategies remain future-ready, well-governed, and resilient.
